The Ohio Scottish Games & Celtic Festival bagpipe and drum events are sanctioned by MWPBA, the Midwest Pipe Band Association. All sanctioned events will be conducted according to their rules. For more information go to their website.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED THE FAIRGROUNDS. NO REFUNDS

Solo competitors must have MWPBA or other Home Society memberships. For MWPBA membership see their bandand soloistregistrations.

Solo Awards

Amateur Piper of the Day to be announced at the Twilight Tattoo on Saturday at 6PM

Band Awards

The Ohio Scottish Games & Celtic Festival piping, drumming and pipe band competition is sanctioned by the Midwest PIpe Band Association.

Band Contest Cash Awards:
G2 = $1,200 – $1,000 – $800 – $600 – $500
G3 = $800 – $700 – $600 – $450 -$350
G4 = $650 – $550 – $500 – $350 – $250
G5 = $450 – $400 – $350 – $250 – $150

The Midwest Pipe Band Association does not permit travel awards. Due to this, we have substantially increased our prize money amounts as well as to include money for five placings.
